RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

To submit a return for a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@piperfinn.com.

We stand by the quality of our shoes and all of our products. However, if you would like to request a refund, we are happy to refund unworn returns with their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. We provide free return labels within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days of the delivery date, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and will incur a 10% restocking fee.

If you want to schedule a return, please email our support team at hello@piperfinn.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges after 7 days of the delivery date, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment order mistake.

All clearance/discounted products that are 25% OFF or more are final sale.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily exchange unworn shoes within 30 days of the customer's delivery date. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email hello@piperfinn.com. Customers are not responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges. We will provide a free return label for all exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You may only exchange an order once for equal or lesser value.

DISCOUNT CODE DISCLAIMER

Discounts/shop credits/gift cards/sale prices cannot be applied to previous purchases, and we do not price adjust.

INTERNATIONAL

International sales outside of the United States are final. Please measure your baby’s foot carefully before ordering and feel free to email us at hello@piperfinn.com with any sizing questions you may have and we will do our best to help!

ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes as most orders are processed and shipped next day. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. In the case that your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees and 10% restocking fee.
