We stand by the quality of our oxfords. However, in the event you need to schedule a refund, we are happy to refund unworn oxfords with it’s original packaging within 14 days of purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for all returns except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake.
We will be happy to exchange unworn oxfords within 30 days of customer receipt date. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, International sales are final. Please measure your baby’s foot carefully before ordering and feel free to email us at email@example.com with any sizing questions you may have and we will do our best to help!
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes as most orders are processed and shipped next day. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. In the case that your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees.
