SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC

We ship via USPS, and you should receive your purchase within 3-5 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for priority shipping, and 1-2 business days for priority express shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time before your order is shipped. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered in the shipping time frame, as on occasion, there can be delays with delivery via the carrier. If your order is not delivered after 10 business days, please contact hello@piperfinn.com.

Orders are shipped out during regular business hours, Monday to Thursday. 

INTERNATIONAL

We ship via USPS and you should receive your purchase within 10-15 business days for standard shipping and 6-10 business days for priority shipping. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing time. Shipping time varies slightly depending on your country. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered in the shipping time frame, as on occasion, there can be delays with delivery via the carrier. If your order is not delivered after 15 business days, please contact hello@piperfinn.com.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country and/or card services provider. Please contact your country’s customs office for further information concerning fees and taxes when being shipped from United States.

ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes as most orders are processed and shipped next day. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. In the case that your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees and fees inquired for the return of package.
