We designed the Piper Finn Oxford to offer a fun, modern take on the classic tailored design. And we made sure to offer lots of colors and patterns in durable, breathable, 100% genuine leather, to make it a staple in your baby’s shoe wardrobe. 

Our shoes are easy to put on and take off – a must-have when you’re juggling a wiggly toddler, a bag of groceries and a ringing phone.  And, most importantly, they’ve been designed with careful attention to your baby’s feet.

 

Shipping Information

We ship via USPS, and you should receive your purchase within 3-5 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for priority shipping, and 1-2 business days for priority express shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered in the shipping time frame, as on occasion, there can be delays with delivery via the carrier. If your order is not delivered after 10 business days, please contact hello@piperfinn.com.

Orders are shipped during normal business hours, Monday to Thursday.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship via USPS and you should receive your purchase within 10-15 business days for standard shipping and 6-10 business days for priority shipping. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing time. Shipping time varies slightly depending on your country. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered in the shipping time frame, as on occasion, there can be delays with delivery via the carrier. FAQs

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHICH SIZE TO PURCHASE?

Buying shoes online – especially for growing little feet – can be hit or miss.  We’ve done our best to make it easy! Just measure your little one’s foot from heel to big toe before purchasing and compare it to our shoe size chart. Piper Finn leather footwear will stretch slightly as they are worn and look best when fitted close to your baby’s foot. Please note, some styles do not run true to the size chart, please be sure to check the specs on each style of footwear you are looking at to determine if it runs true to the size chart or not.

 

CAN I BUY PIPER FINN FOOTWEAR ANYWHERE IN REAL LIFE?

We know – buying shoes online can seem scary. And sometimes, you just want to touch and feel what you’re buying, and bring it home immediately.  We are starting to bring on wholesale partners and will let you know where you can go to see Piper Finns in the wild soon.

In the meantime, please know that we’ve taken steps to make the online buying process as painless as possible.  First, we’ve made measuring your baby’s foot and picking a size super easy – check out our sizing chart (here.)  And we’ve made it a breeze to exchange or return an item that doesn’t work.  Just make sure the shoes are unworn and with the original packaging; email us at hello@piperfinn.com, and we’ll walk you through the process!

 

WHEN WILL MY FAVORITE STYLE/SIZE BE RE-STOCKED?

We love that our customers love our footwear!  Occasionally, we’ll run out of a style or size but do our best to restock as soon as we can.  Sign up for our email list and be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook so you’re in the know when we re-stock or launch a new design!

 

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SOFT-SOLE AND HARD-SOLE?

Our soft sole line is made especially for our crawlers and new walkers (sizes 1-4)! The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends soft-soled shoes for new walkers because children learn by gripping their toes on the ground. Our hard sole line is made especially for our toddlers (available in sizes 5 through 12)!

 

DO YOU WEAR SOCKS WITH YOUR PIPER FINN™ FOOTWEAR?

It’s up to you! Our footwear is made with genuine leather, which is a naturally breathable material that works great with or without socks! However, we do suggest wearing them with socks the first few wears to allow them to break in and to help soften the leather.

 

DO YOU CARRY HALF SIZES?

Unfortunately, we do not carry half sizes due to the nature of the leather material. Leather is naturally a very giving material and stretches up to a half size. With some wear, the leather will stretch and form to your baby's foot!

  

MY PIPER FINN SHOES SEEM TO HAVE A BLEMISH

Our footwear is as individual as your babe! Because we use 100% genuine leather, each Piper Finn Oxford has its own unique texture and look. What may seem like an imperfection is what we think makes them unique! Because leather is a natural material, we are not able to guarantee a flawless, mark-free Piper Finn Oxford but we always do our best to examine each Oxford that goes out to be sure you receive shoes you and your little will LOVE.

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily exchange unworn shoes within 30 days of the customer's delivery date. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email hello@piperfinn.com. Customers are not responsible for return shipping charges for exchanges. We will provide a free return label for all exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You may only exchange an order once for equal or lesser value.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

To submit a return for a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@piperfinn.com.

We stand by the quality of our shoes and all of our products. However, if you would like to request a refund, we are happy to refund unworn returns with their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. We provide free return labels within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days of the delivery date, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and will incur a 10% restocking fee.

If you want to schedule a return, please email our support team at hello@piperfinn.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges after 7 days of the delivery date, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment order mistake.

All clearance/discounted products that are 25% OFF or more are final sale.

 

ARE THERE EXTRA FEES FOR SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?

Even though our philosophy is “beautiful shoes for all!” we can’t control international duties, taxes and credit card fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your country and/or card services provider. Please contact your country’s customs office for further information concerning fees and taxes for items shipped from the United States.
